This is a demonstration of Kintaro in the Sega 32X version of Mortal Kombat 2. Read on below for more information...

Kintaro is the penultimate boss in the game. He is an unplayable character.

The Sega 32X version of Kintaro in MK2 is pretty much the same deal as the Genesis/Mega Drive version of him, which is not surprising considering that the 32X is just an add-on for the console. As usual the LP, HP, HK and BLOCK buttons are flaw-free, only the LK button causes problems if you release it. There are still the specific moves that will freeze the game.

Additionally Kintaro has a little bit of the CPU embedded within him. You can activate the CPU for a temporary moment with certain moves from the opponent, such as having Kintaro blocking and having the opponent rapidly hit him with LPs.

===== About 32X MK2 =====
The 32X version of MK2 shows a number of improvements, mainly in the graphics department. The lifebars were made to look closer to the arcade lifebars, and the use of the colour palette is much better overall. More voice samples were added, such as the announcer calling out character names.

However there are still a lot of missing animations (jump kicks, etc.), and the music/sound is exactly the same as the Genesis version. It is still not as good as the SNES version (in my opinion).
