Mortal Kombat X: Play With No Character Variations! - Secret Variation Option! (Mortal Kombat 10)
3,178Inside of Mortal Kombat X, there's a way to select no variation on the character select screen. Character variations don't need to be selected with this all new trick inside of Mortal Kombat X. This hidden option allows you to use a character with a combination of all 3 of their variations! Several characters inside of MKX benefit tremendously from this trick, while some become significantly weaker in terms of use. From what I've heard, Kitana is one of these characters that's a bit OP when this trick is performed. Remember, all you'll need to do to get this trick working is when selecting a character's variation, simply press up 2X on your directional pad, followed with either triangle or Y depending on what console you're on. From there, you should see that the screen takes you to the level select and you'll be good to go. You'll know this is working because once inside an actual match, you'll see that there's no variation name above your selected character's name!
