Movie Review: Sonic 2 (2022)
3While the film has some dumb moments, mostly in the beginning. Moments where Carey is chewing so much scenery they didn't need a Craft Services for him that day. Other dumb moments are more just personal taste. Moments that will age the film poorly with Modern Day stuff bing used to reference things. Even with all that, the film was enjoyable enough, Tails and Knuckles are welcomed additions and they're not doing things out of character, at least from what I've seen of them. In the few toons I watched and the 3 games I played. I'd watch the film again, although I made do a slight edit of it to remove the parts I didn't like, they didn't add anything to the film so it wouldn't mess with the flow. They added in some cute references to those early games that fans will enjoy.
Over all I give it a B.
