MRT Red Line Timelapse (Minecraft 1.2.5)
62Here's the timelapse for the Red Line, the 4th and final line out of four transit lines that I'm building on a large map for the upcoming "official" Minecart Rapid Transit multiplayer server.
The server is not ready yet, as I need to set up plugins and such. I plan to have four lines in total (Blue, Green, Yellow, and Red), all intersecting at the Central/Spawn station. The server will be in creative mode and will be public, but visitors will initially only be able to ride the lines and roam around. I hope to set up a way for people to apply for builder status, so they can go build some epic cities, towns, and other landmarks near the existing stations. Most of the stations are also initially unnamed, so I'll leave up to the server members to suggest names for the stations once some structures have been built.
The Red Line is the shortest of all four lines, with only 13 stations. It runs mostly underground and underwater from Audenville in the east to Mycelium (mushroom island) in the west. It takes about 14 real-life minutes to travel from one end of the line to the other, and this timelapse is sped up 4 times faster.
