Comparison to Renwallz' Modular Minecart Dispenser:
Advantages:
- More controlled and reliable dispensing with less chance for collisions and jammed carts: A cart will only move forward if the next slot is clear.
- Prevents carts from running out backwards

Disadvantages:
- Does not self-correct gaps where carts have been manually removed
- Slower cart propagation
