[MSFS2020] | TEESIDE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, DARLINGTON, UK | THI IS A PRETTY COOL AIRPORT SCENERY
12Hello Folks and welcome to the second of this week's reviews. For a small UK airport that perhaps does not get the recognition it deserves, this rendition of TEESIDE DURHAM TEES VALLEY AIRPORT by FLY X SIMULATIONS, really makes up for that in the Simulator! Well modelled with PBR texturing and weathering almost everywhere you look, this is a nice product, well developed and expertly created.
Perhaps just a touch more expensive than I had hoped oit would be, however this is the best version of this airport developed for MSFS2020 so far. Lots of detail and situated nicely into the landscape. My only real question mark is the airport fenceline on the opposite side of the airfield. There you will find the Fire Training Ground, common to most UK airports, however the fenceline cuts off access to this important part of the airport - and so Fire Appliances, stationed Airside, cannot access this part of the field and so I'm wondering about it in real life. Perhaps someone who works there or who knows the airport could answer this for me? But a well developed scenery nonetheless and recommended!
