Every Monday night in Pokemon Gold / Silver / Crystal you can see special event at Mt. Moon. You will see 2 Clefairy dancing and also you will be able get 1 Moon Stone every time you repeat the event (every Monday) but you will need to bring a pokemon that knows TM08 (Rock Smash).
