First I will start with how I made this team of Dratini, Arcanine and Lapras all to be lv 10 and how I got them in the first place. All of these pokemon are gained the same way, through day care, I had 1 Ditto and put 1 Dratini, Lapras and Growlithe to bread with it, all these pokemon can be caught in Pokemon Crystal, from each of them I got an egg that resulted in lv 5 of the same pokemon, although you need to have Fire Stone to evolve Growlithe into Arcanine. So you might wonder how did they all learn move Dragon Rage since none of them can learn it at lv 10 and Lapras and Arcanine can't even learn it in any way in gen 2. The answer to this is Time Capsule, with Time Capsule I switched all this pokemon to gen 1 (Pokemon Red in my case) where you can buy TM23, I bought 3 of them and gave to my 3 pokemon (in gen 1 Lapras and Arcanine can learn Dragon Rage, the move will still be there when you transfer those pokemon to gen 2). After that I moved my 3 Pokemon to gen 2 again and I had a lv 10 team with each pokemon having Dragon Rage, I was ready for Battle Tower Dragon Rage challenge. In Battle Tower you can have your pokemon hold items, but you can't use in game items like hyper potion, revive, full heal, full restore etc. so my pokemon hold these items.
Arcanine - King's Rock, Arcanine was fast so playing before most of opponents and with that item Arcanine could flinch opponent with Dragon Rage
Lapras - Bright Poweder
Dratini - Quick Claw, Dratini was slowest in my team
