AKA Little Koakuma, I'll be honest I was surprised when her AI turned on when I was fighting her, you dont get many creators that at least code some AI on these characters, especially Touhou ones like the chibi versions of Remilia & Sakuya.
Her AI is not much of a challenge but due to her size you might have a hard time defeating her, thankfully her falling hitboxes are good so you might be able to pull of some Juggle combos on her.
The AI is simple, she doesnt have long reach projectiles just a short one so she will want to get close to you by Dashing on the ground or air and at long ranges she will Taunt you to gain 500 Points of Power Bar. Koa also has an Unblockable Spell Card which is just a "bigger" projectile that travels fullscreen and its OTG but dont worry, this Spell costs her HP too and it can be easily jumped over.
