A Utsuho that uses the gameplay from Immaterial and Missing Power instead of the Scarlet Weather Rhapsody. She has a pretty simple AI that spams at long ranges and does melee attacks at close ones and doesnt block too much, she rarely uses any lows or overheads BUT she has a dashing attack that is completely unblockable when on the ground, staying in the air makes it blockable but its very hard to react to it since she can easily start dashing at your face and use the attack that sadly its comboable and of course that the AI will use this move a lot and if you dare to recover from it she will always use an Anti air that is completely unblockable.
Now not everything Utsuho throws at you its a projectile, her Shooting Suns for some reason are not projectiles, same for all of her spell cards that are fucking fullscreen and some are even unblockable, and for those that are blockable they do a shit ton of damage and chip damage not to mention that on some of these she is completely free to do anything she wants while you are there blocking the bloody spell card like a bloody idiot so she can do even more damage or even use her unblockable dashing attack to open your Guard, good thing that she doesnt have a Guard Gauge or we would be screwed even more.
She also has OTGs so keeping your ass on the ground while knocked down is a bad idea, the AI will always use a move that has OTG propreties if you stay grounded for too long, and all of those launch you to the air for more "comboing".
