My chickens, hatched back in May. I guess I mostly got eggs from large breeds, the fertile eggs were free so I was gonna take em even not knowing what they were. I don't know that any are pure breeds though "Redneck" looks pure black copper Maran and "Sideburns" looks pure black Ameraucana. Two of them are all or mostly Maran and two are all or mostly Ameraucana, "Blackie" might be black leghorn but I don't know, I am pretty clueless to the rest. They are really pretty good-tempered chickens, I am pleased with what I got.

Yes they are eating vienna sausages, LOL, they have access to regular chicken feed all the time but prefer my leftovers. I bought the vienna sausages and decided they were sub-par even for vienna sausages, so anything I won't eat goes to them. I figure chickens survived 5000 years eating human scraps, they'll do okay.
