EA Play is included in XBOX Game Pass as of 1/17/21, so i was able to try NFSH. These is my fisrt hour playing. Normally i don't complaint unless there is something really wrong with a game. In these case i would have to say that the menu system felt counter intuitive for what i'm used to. I found myself spending a lot of time in the menus and map trying to figure out stuff. But i do like the open world style of these game and the police chases that you can find in the way.
