I never like to casually "throw around" the word "Narcissist" -- and even "Narcissistic family."
One reason is because narcissistic family is a terrible thing to have to endure, especially if that narcissistic person is a parent or close family member.
They are hurtful, unsympathetic, cold and callous, and have no ability to want anything for you. They want everything for themselves.
In order to heal your pain and learn to protect yourself from this kind of person, you have to understand what type of narcissistic family you are dealing with.
