If so, you are not alone.
Research suggests that around 70% of people in our population has traits of psychopathy (https://psychopathyis.org/stats/). And a good portion of our society is narcissistic.
Researchers even go so far as to suggest that psychopathy is as common as: bulimia, panic disorder, and autism spectrum disorder.
So based on some of the research out there you could have a family member who is a psychopath. More commonly, however, you may have family who meet the description of a sociopath.
