Shiny Pokemon are some of the most highly-valued Pokemon in the games. Granted, they don't provide special stat boosts or abilities, but it's almost like having any other sort of rare collectible -- people like shiny Pokemon purely for how rare they are, and, in many cases, how cool they look compared to their normal sprites. This has caused so many players to spend hundreds of hours either trying to pursue a shiny Pokemon in the wild or breed one at a Day-Care Center, just for the sake of having this alternatively-colored Pokemon.

Many shiny Pokemon do, in fact, look pretty cool -- I've done a whole video just about my pain-staking process of breeding for a shiny Ralts so I could have a shiny Mega Gardevoir -- but sadly, not every shiny Pokemon sprite is really worth the distinction. Some shinies just aren't that great, because they fly in the face of the Pokemon's design, they're not much different from the normal sprite, or because they just plain look ugly. There are plenty of reasons why a lot of shiny Pokemon sprites aren't that great, and I'm sure we all have our favorites and least favorites.

In today's video, I'm gonna tell you some of mine, as I list my top 5 least favorite shiny Pokemon ever!
