my lvl 30 going up against a lvl 42 seeking shot build. The reason why that build win

was because seeking shot serve as an aimbot. It seek your target and deal massive amount

of damage. That skill seriously need some balance and tweaking. It to easy to spam it

and get easy kills.

Even if i able to defeat lvl 45 players using my hit and run tactic, seeking shot ruined it.

Seeking shot take away the skill factor. That skill should have a longer cool down time

and travel slower so it allow player to dodge it. Similar to skill use by boss or mob.
