At a glance, this game might look like Nanotek Warrior, but it's quite different. N2O: Nitrous Oxide is a pretty cool and trippy shooter that runs at 60FPS and has lots of colors and explosions. You basically defeat all the enemies and prevent them from becoming too powerful as you cycle "The Torus".
NOTE: This video is currently blocked in Germany by Sony Music Entertainment. Unlike the Rival Schools incident (which was fixed), I can somewhat understand this.
