This is an altered version of Sammy's Viewpoint by Electronic Arts and Visual Concepts. It's an old and rare Playstation game that (even when it was originally released) was made in very limited quantities, but perhaps for good reason. This game is showered with reeeally low scores and one would think that it's one of the worst shooters for Playstation.

While the game looks pretty good at a glance, the music doesn't match the original Viewpoint's soundtrack (for Genesis/MD and NeoGeo) and the game has freaky jumps and drops in the framerate that I found untolerable throughout some of the later levels as they lead to death almost instantly. The game feels less inspired than the other Viewpoint titles and it might just be my imagination, but the "viewpoint" in this game just feels more daunting. I have trouble dodging attacks and hitting enemies that I didn't have in the other versions, but that's just me.

I don't think it's as bad as it's made out to be, but I do think the other Viewpoints are better in my opinion. You be the judge. Enjoy.
