Cyph's Experience:
Do not recommend. For some odd reason, the Asura has ridiculously weak power in dungeons and underperforms. Aside from similar evasive abilities to the Shisa, Asura doesn't have much to back his power up with. Coincidentally, Asura is the only class capable of performing otto hits. Advise to only use Asura if you know what you're doing.

On Boss Fights:
Everything about the Asura is weak against a fortified Aranya and the only redeeming attack is to execute Skyfall when enemies are bunched together for some concentrated damage. It'll be a very long battle if you don't know what you're doing. You must, learn to otto to be able to put up a decent fight against her, and do not rely on skill damage at all except to conserve MP and evade her specials.

Extreme Skill: Skyfall
The only redeeming ability Asura has, is a wide area lock-on skill. Skyfall projects lotus forms on Asura's position and 4 others in fixed positions around him. At the same, another 5 lotuses will form on the positions of 4 closes enemies. Like Chaotic Judgement and Electric Spark, damage capacity is reduced when lesser enemies are around, with the exception of the fixed lotuses.
