Back to Raze again since this is a daytime map. I think that'll be the set up from now on, Raze for daylight maps and ED32 with Polymer for nighttime ones. Occasionally switching if I feel like it.
This map's one of those maps where the mapper felt like playing japes with the player a notch. I'm not too fond of that kind of mapping behavior, if I'm going to be honest. That mine in the tiny cave is only the start of the shenaniganery in this map. You either have to defuse it with a 50% chance of blowing yourself up or risk jumping over it which I imagine would also have a tiny margin for error. No explosives to destroy it from afar. I'm glad I'm running it with my addon since I can just defuse the mine with 100% chance no prob.
Those two ambushes where enemies just straight up teleport behind you is also VERY uncivilized. The first ambush ruined an earlier run I did of the map and ever since then I've been wary of watching behind me whenever I'm about to close in to some chokepoint. Good thing I did, 'cause I probably wouldn't have survived the second ambush as a result. Other than that, I'm grateful to report the lack of mandatory secrets or other various cheap tactics for navigation. It's overall a decent map that's slightly marred by japes.
