Need for speed payback is amazing the game is fun, i tried it out and at first it was lag but when i was in game after a minute or so it got smooth, but i was not expecting at all that need for speed payback will do that well on these specs. however i did feel core 2 quad was bottle necking my FPS. and my GPU rx 550 4 GB had more juice in it and could have performed better with a better CPU and Motherboard.
This video game play is just to let others know and give them a comparison and what they should expect from their pc specs as compared to this.
as everything is in stock condition no Overclocking.

Performance at 1080 :
Auto: 30 - 40 fps a lot of jitters
Low: 30 to 45 FPS a lot of jitters
Medium: 30 to 55 FPS pretty smooth
high: 30 to 45 Fps rare frame drops but smooth
ultra: 30 to 45 FPS rare frame drops but smooth

overall it can run at ultra but i would recommend playing it at optimum resolution with medium setting until or unless you have a monster pc.
