Undercover is 12th instalment of the very well known Need for Speed series.

Released in 2008 on almost every major platform (including mobile).

Another racing game from well known NFS series. Released long time ago but still very good.
Open world (or I would say city :D) where player can drive without restrictions (almost), police chasings, street races and main story with beautiful cutscenes.
Game perform very well on integrated graphics and 7th Gen Intel CPU. Average frame rate is well above 60 all the time. Game is smooth and sound crisp and clear. Car details are set to high what makes it looks better. With that high fps counter you can push some options higher and make it looks even better. Full HD resolution is another big + what makes everything just look better and crisper.

I've played almost all NFS games out there and some of them are optimised better and some worst, well this one is in first category, what was nice surprise.
