The Riftbreaker is a mix of strategy, action and adventure game what makes it somehow unique among other games.
Graphic engine Schmetterling, was developed by EXOR Studios. Game system requirements are high, 4-core CPU is minimum recommended and to be able to maximise game potential we need 4+ cores CPU, 12 GB RAM and GTX 2080 (Radeon 6800).
I was surprised that game works on my laptop powered only by dual-core 15W CPU and integrated graphics. 8 GB RAM was not enough and virtual memory was required to play (at least 4 GB).
Game perform better setting resolution to 1080p and rendering to 50% than 720p and rendering to 100%. On average 20 fps and 14 when in combat (low to moderate number of enemies). When mass attack on base that drops to 7 fps but this is something you can expect.
Gameplay is in like a slow(er) motion, you can see and feel game is not performing at it proper speed but it is still playable.
Audio is clear and sharp but cutscenes are lagging so better skip them.
Overall I think is a huge surprise this game can be played on low spec laptop, better CPU (more cores) would give it a boost and maybe reduce slowdown.
