Episode Summary:
Fret was approached by Shoka and Rindo at the Shibuya Crossing after he saw the ‘fireworks’ he thought were part of a movie set. He doesn’t recognize Rindo because Rindo had changed his hair to blond and was wearing both a hat over his head and a face mask. Rindo introduces himself as Swallow instead so Fret wouldn’t recognize him. Shoka gets annoyed at Rindo for the alias he introduced himself as. Shoka tried to explain the game mechanics to Fret, but Fret wasn’t taking it seriously and didn’t believe he was dead. Shoka left after getting annoyed that Fret wasn’t understanding her explanations of the game. Fret still doesn't believe he was in the game, so he was about to leave, but Rindo stops him. Rindo tells him the rules again and tells him to gather as many pins as he could then, that Fret should join the Variabeauties because they are a strong team. Rindo finally tells him not to be reckless and focus on surviving the game. Fret, still confused, thanks him for the advice. Fret felt that 'Swallow' was familiar but doesn't recognize him as Rindo yet.
