You can get the pack on most launchers that support curseforge packs or you can download the zip (and server files) at the curseforge page here:

I mainly made this pack for me and some friends of mine to play but I figured I would make it available publicly since (at the time i'm posting this) there aren't many modpacks out for minecraft 1.16.
To open the questbook or map in game, open your inventory and click the icons in the top left corner of the screen. You can also bind these to key shortcuts in the game controls menu.
