Nerdarchy's Recommended Reading Sci-Fi/Fantasy For Better Role-Playing Games
Nerdarchy had a viewer request for us to do a recommended reading list for Sci-Fi and Fantasy books that inspire our role-playing games a little while back so here it is. Apparently we reference novels a lot while doing our RPG discussions and one of our viewers picked up on it and asked to give them a list. Instead just giving one person our recommended reading list for Sci-Fi and Fantasy books we figured we'd put out there for everyone. Besides if one person took the time to ask the question I figure there must be at least a couple more with the same question on there mind. Feel free to join the discussion. What sci-fi/fantasy books do you enjoy? Have you ever run a game off inspiration from a sci-fi or fantasy book you've read? We have. Nerdarchist Ted ran a Dresden Files game using the Mutants and Masterminds system even though we know there is Dresden Files game out there. We were used to that system and it's flexible enough to play any game so we just used that.
