Hey guys, Spartandee here with some locations to the Vistani merchant. Here is what we know so far:

1. You have to go to the locations during day time (You might catch him sometimes at night but he will ignore you and uninteractable).
2. You can only purchase the 3 kit items once ie only 1 item per kit. No extra stacks ie if you have existing items you cant buy any more/extra. Cool down on these vary once purchased but I believe it's an hour).
3. The cooldown of Wychwood is yet to be confirmed. Afaik, it doesnt reset even when server resets. Update as of 21st July 2018: Moss appeared for me after 3-4 days. Wychwood has a unique algorithm (as mentioned by Renato Souza). It follows X number of wychwood x days it respawns. E.g If you have 1 wychwood, the next one will appear 24hrs later. If you have 2, the next will appear after 48hrs and so on.
4. At the point he appears, you only have 3-4 minutes before he leaves, so make sure you've completed your transactions before then and also take into account calculations for party members to get to location/swap instances
5. If he appears at one location and leaves, he can appear on the same instance at a different location, as long as it is still daytime. Consensus is that he appears 3 times: First 4m in the early morning, midday and 4m before the end of the day.
6. Wychwood is not global. His wares are unique to each individual. Meaning to say if someone was to buy one from him, it will not affect your availability or cool down and vice versa. So share his locations! It won't affect you either way.

Tbc: A 5th location was mentioned to be behind the Standing Stones, I have yet to see it for myself and so it is rumors at this point.

Note: Seems like the merchant can 'glitch' and get stuck. If this happens, he won't appear to sell his wares. Best to move to a diff instance if this happens. Currently, known bug is at Ghost Tree location, I would start my hunt for him here first before going to the rest just to be sure. Update as of 21st July: This bug seems to have been fixed after last patch.
