I did forget to include one thing in this video, the gems!

For Cooldown, you'll want:
Red Dust, Hell Blade, Sword Storm, Overdrive, Final Strike

For Damage, you'll want:
Brave Slash, Hell Blade, Sword Storm, Overdrive, Final Strike, Tempest Slash

I also didn't discuss the stat distribution, but it's a pretty unanimous choice to run around 700-800 swift, and the rest in crit, in general.

For your 5x3, you also have some options besides Mass Increase, you can run Cursed Doll, or Raid Captain to name the two most common.
