Gametypes:
- New gametype: Cranked. Team Deathmatch, -- faster abilities as you gain kills, however you will explode if you cannot chain together kills quickly enough!
- New gametype: Search and Rescue. Like Kill Confirmed, however you can be revived if your tag is rescued, or permanently killed if the enemy retrieves it!
- Grind, Blitz, Hunted and Safe Guard also listed as new game types. Infected also, if you count launch playlists
- Field orders. Collect a briefcase from a dead foe, complete the challenge assigned to you, and you can earn a care package. Possible exclusive to cranked?
- Clan vs Clan playlist. Also, XP for every MP game played with your clan.
- Continued eSports support.
- Multiplayer bots. Smarter than before, coded to dropshot!
Customization:
- Playable female soldiers.
- Over 20,000 combinations in character customisation.
- 10 soldiers attached to classes.
- Team leader pack bonus for purchasing Season pass, character model inspired off of one of the main campaign characters.
Create a Class:
- 30 new weapons.
- New Marksman rifle class (Scoped semi auto rifles, iron sight single shot/bolt actions)
- Dual render scopes.
- 8 point system -- similar to pick 10, however items have different values. E.g. A perk may be worth one point, or two.
Scorestreaks/Killstreaks:
- Riley the attack dog is a killstreak!
- Strike packages return -- Assault, support and specialist. Refined. Reducing air based killstreaks, more ground deployables.
- Juggernaut suits, miniguns (aka the "Death Machine" from the Black Ops series)
- UAV is no longer a drone in the air, and is ground based.
- No deathstreaks.
Misc.
- Knee slide -- Similar to dive to prone?
- Locational battle chatter -- similar to what we saw in Treyarchs World at War, but vastly improved, with teammates calling out enemies locations and world events in even more detail.
