World 3-4 is interesting as it's the only level in the game where it is mandatory to clear both the normal and hidden exit to progress. The first time through the level, players must hop across sliding blocks of ice and navigate through tricky slippery platforms. After clearing the level, they must continue through the map to access the Switch Block before returning to this level to reveal the path to the castle.
