There is, first of, a mystery on a technical level here, as to how this game recording became edited within the file (without having been first opened in an editor like Share Factory and re-exported). The more provincial dilemma of sorts is that here (despite some sections getting mysteriously dropped out, of psychic face-time like calls coming in from The Lotus and The Operator), it still pretty well demonstrates a lack of any sort of meaningful communications capacity. THE OPERATOR should at least be given some extra apps or extensions for the mental-video-call center, like MIND CONFERENCING, 3 WAY MINDING, MIND MESSAGING, and MIND WAITING. Obviously none of the MIND CALLERS have any clue as to whom they are or might be getting through to, but they all are oblivious to one another and to the actualities of the situation. Before a COMBAT OPERATOR gets all of the FOCUS, perhaps installing a CALL OPERATOR or RECEPTIONIST would be useful.
