Hoyoverse has already confirmed that Sigewinne will become a playable character in the upcoming version 4.7 update. She is a 5 star Hydro unit who uses a bow as her weapon, and she is going to be a healer with a Bond of Life mechanism in her kit. A few hours ago, a reliable source named Foul has revealed her entire kit, so in this video, we are going to discuss her kit, including her constellations and talents.
As always, starting with her base stats. Sigewinne is a healer who scales on HP like most other healers in the game. At level 90, She has a Base HP of 13,348, Base attack of 192, and Base defense of 500. As I mentioned, She scales on HP, so we will get 28.8% HP bonus upon ascending her to level 90.
Moving on to her Elemental Skill. Sigewinne's elemental skill has a cool down of 18 seconds, And upon using her skill, she throws bouncing water bubbles. When these bubbles hit an enemy, they deal some damage, and heal all teammates besides Sigewinne based on her max HP.
After bouncing 5 times, the bubbles disappear and will recover Sigewinne's HP based on her max HP. When no enemies are present, the water bubble will just bounce nearby, and Only 1 water bubble can exist at a time. You can Hold her E to Aim, and charge to throw a bigger and more powerful water bubble. The longer you hold, the larger the water bubble gets, up to two levels.
Each level increases the damage dealt by 5% and the healing amount by 5%. After bouncing, the water ball decreases in size by one level until it returns to normal. Weaker enemies hit by a larger water ball will be immobilized and will be unable to move. Additionally, when Sigewinne releases her ability, two Sourcewater Droplets will be generated nearby. For each Sourcewater Droplet absorbed, she gains a bond of life equal to 10% of her max HP. Additonally, Neuvillette and hydro traveler can also absorb these water droplets.
When the Bond of Life is cleared, for every 2,000 HP cleared, Sigewinne regains 1 energy, up to a maximum of 5. At level 10, the damage dealt by the water bubbles will be 4.1% of Sigewinne's max HP, and the Healing will be equal to 5.04% of her max HP + 593.
Moving on to her Elemental Burst. Sigewinne's brust has a cool down of 18 seconds, and it costs 70 energy each time, which is very high in my opinion. But it will be reduced in the beta, so there's no need to worry. During her elemental burst, sigewinne shoots water beams similar to Neuvillette for 2.5 seconds dealing damage. Upon using her burst, she will automatically absorb up to 2 nearby water droplets
Moving on to her talents. Her first Talent; When using E, Sigewinne is granted a Semi-Forced Relaxation buff lasting 18 seconds. During this period, Sigewinne gains an 8% Hydro damage bonus and 10 stacks of Rest counters. For characters other than Sigewinne who are in the party, when they deal damage with their skill, they consume one stack of semi-forced relaxation to enhance the damage dealt by the elemental skill.
Moving on to her constellations. Her C1; The bubbles created from her elemental skill can bounce three more times, and the size of the bubbles will not be reduced for the first three bounces, and Each bounce grants Sigewinne one stack of semi-forced Relaxation. Moving on to her signature weapon. Sigewinne's Signature Weapon is obviously a bow, with an attack stat of 542, and HP bonus of 66.2%.
