902We are getting closer to the release of 4.6 and the start of the version 4.7 Beta, but news about 4.7 has already started to surface. It seems like Hoyoverse is really gearing up for something substantial in version 4.7, especially with the recent Quality of Life improvements indicating their focus on player feedback. For the longest time, Spiral Abyss has been the only endgame content for both casual and hardcore players. However, yesterday, reliable sources confirmed that Hoyoverse is finally going to introduce new end-game content for players, and it's going to be similar to the current Spiral Abyss.

This is contrary to what developers said a few years ago. Back in 2022, during an interview with GameSpot nearing the version 3.2 update, the developers stated that designing another type of permanent endgame similar to the Spiral Abyss might create excessive anxiety for players. And the community was furious with this statement, as many expressed their disappointment with the company's response.
However, in my previous end-game related video, I mentioned that hoyoverse might be working on a new type of abyss, and guess what? It has now been confirmed. Since leakers are referring to the new endgame as another Spiral Abyss, it is definitely going to be combat-based, requiring limited-time completion to obtain in-game rewards. According to the latest information, the new Spiral Abyss will have 8 floors in total, and players can get 600 primogems for clearing all floors. This means these floors will be different from the current abyss, with each floor featuring a certain number of enemies, and players can get 75 primogems for clearing each floor.
The current Abyss features 12 floors, but only 4 of them refresh every 15 days. Each floor has 3 chambers, and players get 60 primogems for clearing each chamber. So, in the new Abyss, players will get 15 extra primogems.
As mentioned in my previous Abyss video, some rumors suggest that the new Abyss will be character-region-specific, giving different buffs and debuffs based on the region of the characters you are using. However, these are only rumors at the moment, and can only be confirmed when the 4.7 beta starts.
I'm glad that they have finally changed their minds about the end-game content and decided to add a new Abyss, since most overworld bosses become overly simple once we max our characters.
