Hoyoverse has finally confirmed that Clorinde will be released as a playable unit in version 4.7. She is one of the most anticipated Fontaine characters in the game, as many players have been looking forward to her release. Clorinde is an Electro unit and uses a Sword as her weapon, which shouldn't be surprising since the Archon Quest confirmed it long ago. Today, a fairly reliable source named Foul, has also revealed her potential kit, which you might be interested in.
Moving on to her elemental skill. Her elemental skill produces energy orbs with a cool down of 16 seconds. During her elemental skill, clorinde enters a state called Night Patrol, which lasts for 9 seconds. During this state, she gains Electro infusion that cannot be overridden, similar to hu tao. And her normal attacks will use her gun to fire Galloping Hunt or rapid hunt. Recasting her elemental skill now will cast Night Piercer, a lunging stab with her sword, seen as normal attack damage.
About the Galloping Hunt effect: When the Bond of Life is greater than or equal to 100% of her Max HP, she shoots with her pistol to deal damage. And when the Bond of Life is less than 100% of her Max HP, shooting with her pistol gives her a bond of life as a percentage of her max HP. Under this state, she shoots a bullet that deals higher damage in the trajectory of the attack.
About the Night Piercer effect: The effect of this attack will be determined by the percentage of bond of life she has. When it is zero, she lunges forward and stabs with her sword. When it is less than 100% of her max HP, she will recover HP based on a percentage of bond of life she has, and increasing the damage and area of effect of this attack. When it is greater than or equal to 100% of her max HP, she will perform Night Piercer Decree, recovering even more health and dealing even more damage as well as increase in her AoE.
Additionally, under Night Patrol, any healing besides from Night Piercer will not heal her, and instead, it will be converted into bond of life based on a multiplier. This is her multipliers at level 10, remember that these numbers are not fixed, and they will change several times during the beta, so don't take them seriously.
Moving on to her Elemental Burst. Clorinde's burst has a cool down of 15 seconds, and it costs 60 energy. Using her burst gives Clorinde bond of life equal to 120% of her max HP, and deals high damage.
Moving on to her talents. Clorinde's Talent 1: When a nearby character or characters in the team trigger any electro related reactions, Clorinde's normal attacks and burst damage will be increased by 17% of her attack. It lasts for 15 seconds, stacks up to 3 times, and every stack is independent to one another.
Her second talent: If Clorinde has bond of life greater than 100% of her max HP, Whenever bond of life increases or decreases, it will increase her crit rate by 10%, this effect stacks up to 2 times lasting 15 seconds. Additionally, the Night Patrol effect is buffed, and 100% of incoming healing is converted to bond of life.
And her third talent displays the location of nearby Fontaine specialties on the mini-map.
Moving on to her constellations. Her C1: During the Night Patrol state, when Clorinde's normal attack hits an opponent, it summons Shadows of the Night Patrol near the enemy to perform two coordinative attacks.
30% ATK multiplier, once per second, considered as basic attack damage.
Her C2 enhances her first Talent, and her attack multipliers are increased from 17% to 24%. And after gaining three stacks, her resistance to interruption increases as well. Her C3 increases her Skill level by +3. Whereas at C5, her burst level is increased by +3.
At C4, Clorinde's burst damage is increased based on the current percentage of bond of life she has.
And at C6, Within 12 seconds after releasing her skill, Clorinde gains a Crit Rate bonus of 10%, and a Crit Damage bonus of 70%.
