New World - Don't Buy A House
212Today I share my reasons why I believe players shouldn't rush into buying houses. New World has many coin sinks and housing is the biggest one. I see no reason to pay rent every 5 days to play a broken version of Animal Crossing, use mediocre trophies that may not work at all, or have a teleport I'll rarely use. The cost simply isn't worth it. Don't buy a house in New World until you watch this video.
House ownership in this game is a meme. The cost is too high and there aren't any bonuses that would justify the cost. Yes, houses are mandatory for people wanting to craft at 600 gear score. That's it. That's the only reason to own a house. I see no other reason currently to bother with it.
