IGN gives you the quick solution to Horace's Riddles in Ni No Kuni on the PS3.
Once you arrive in Perdida, you can find Horace by the job board in Swift Solutions. He'll tell you about the Regions of the World section of the Wizard's Companion, and how there is one particular Naazcan symbol that is unique to a specific location.
After comparing the pages, locations and info, the answer is the Naazcan symbol for the number six (6), which is found at Old Smoky (or Jabal Al-Dukhan if you prefer the old title). You can enter either option for this to count as a correct answer.
