This was a very nice idea I had that took a few hours to make happen to reality... but it was in vain.

Basically, dropping enemies to the first floor without them dying is in itself a glitched condition. You must come from the direction of the roof or else it won't work.

Then, you use DA jump to get to the exit... but there's no trigger leading to the next area there yet. I don't know if I can forgive the game developers for this!
