Michael Oxton, Mike O'Mara and Rob Burns launched Night Shift Brewing out of their Somerville kitchen in 2007. Fast-forward eleven years later, and they've become one of Boston's most well-respected breweries, churning out a range of award-winning IPAs, sour ales, stouts and more. They now have two homes - a taproom in Everett and an "innovation space" at Lovejoy Wharf in Boston, in addition to their recently-launched distribution Company, NS Distribution. In this talk, the three co-founders discuss their humble beginnings, rapid growth, and lessons learned along the way.
