The JP file is titled "Ryu_batare_j," whereas the English file is "091a_Ryu." I've tried looking up "batare" or using Google Translate, but I doubt Ryu is screaming "Battery!" at the Vigoor Emperor...

2 NOV 2020: I contacted a friend whose wife is Japanese and the conclusion is he’s saying “ばかたれ“, or “bakatare,” which translates to “idiot” or “stupid.” The file name “batare” might be shorthand, similar to how they named all the Dabilahro files “zanba,” short for zanbato.
