After months of on-again, off-again updates on here and in the Discord, I decided it is time to finally show everyone the beginnings of NINJA GAIDEN Hack. This is the earliest version I am comfortable demonstrating and I would have gotten farther in-game had I not gotten sloppy. However, I do think an hour per episode is a good standard to keep to. Changes made to NINJA GAIDEN Black include:

- Nearly all music tracks have been replaced
- Custom skin textures for Ryu, Rachel, Ayane, Murai, Gamov, Dark Disciple, and Doku
- Custom skin textures for some enemies, including cat fiends, Shadow and Spider Clan Ninja, Vigoor Army tanks and helicopter, and Paz Zuu
- Custom textures for all weapons and their essence techniques
- Custom sprites for some weapons

Additionally, I replaced some of Muramasa's voice files with my own recordings, mostly to goof around and see how it sounded. Stay close for episode 2.
