This London level is so freakin' dark...

Anyway, Icy Lightning has spent the past few weeks researching to uncover dozens of hex values that we can manipulate in RE's system data to unlock game modes, characters and costumes. Thanks to him, we have all difficulties unlocked from the jump--no previous save file required. Chapter Challenge is also unlocked; all characters for CC and their costumes are available; and we have Ryu's additional costumes available for new game, too. He just sent me the offsets and values to have all Golden Scarabs and Crystal Skulls in a new game too, and it won't be much longer before we can start a new game with everything in the skill tree unlocked--at the very first enemy encounter.
