We've compared the system data of Σ2+ and Σ2 and found a few similarities. I unlocked the costumes obtainable from beating the game, but strangely, the game fails to load if I try to unlock the costumes earned via other conditions, such as beating X number of Ninja Races or chapter challenges. After I legitimately met the conditions to unlock another costume, I checked the hex data and, sure enough, I already tried toggling that same offset and the game had refused to comply.

Next step is to see if the incendiary shurikens and windmill shruiken is hidden in this game as it was in its Playstation 3 counterpart.
