Ninjin Clash Of Carrots (Switch) Playthrough (FULL GAME)
Around 9 hours 41 minutes to beat. This game can be quite challenging at points, especially if you dont get better loot or gear. Luckily the game is not overly bullshitty with loot drops and grinding, but it can take a while to get better weapons. Theres alot to experiment with from projectiles, base weapon, abilities, perks, accessories and power moves. Customising your loadout to affect all of these things really lets you create a player that fits your playstyle, or often, fits a specific scenario better. I will also review this game soon, so check that out too.
All deaths have been edited out, many menus have been removed and I only show my two best runs of the optional TV Show mini game (an endless waves mode).
If you play long enough you will have access to all the weapons, as eventually you stop getting ANY weapon drops and only recieve cash. So it doesnt seem too important to get better gear through the TV show mini game, just keep playing.
A few tips: The red mines you see me using late game are one of the best sub weapons I found and can pull some massive bullshit. You can cluster those mines close to enemies to finish them off fast and it can do nice damage to bosses who like to constantly chase you. Its also great for mobs of enemies that swarm you as they will run into your mine blockades and get killed or heavily damaged.
Weapons have attributes such as reach, heaviness, attack power. Lighter weapons are faster. Some light weapons can strike multiple times quickly, which is what I used for the final boss to build my special move meter. I copied a speedrun vid I saw for the final boss. So use the loadout I used and do what I did. I do show the loadout pre-boss. I use an accessory that speeds up special bar gain, combined with a weapon that strikes multiple times quickly. This lets me build that meter fast and abuse the special move once it fills up.
On the semi final stage there is a very cheap boss. You have to lure enemies to drop bombs near the boss. Its the only way to damage him. Several times I died right when I killed him, thus getting no credit for the completion. That was the hardest part of the game. The stage is also about 11 minutes long but becomes easy after repeating it so many times. Best thing to do is not to look directly at the boss. Keep him in your peripheral and just line yourself up on the same plane as the boss. Stay close to the right edge of the screen. Eventually this seems to work. Dont get caught up with watching the boss, just focus purely on dodging and eventually you should break through. I dont really have any better advice.
Stay tuned !!
