No deaths until that third phase. Almost got it on first attempt but ended up getting one shotted at the very end of her health bar, so it took a few more attempts. Those drill javelins really shred bosses. The knockdown is a plus too.

I went with killing her when asked to either spare her or kill. Reason being you get a very nice bow for killing her. The alternative is that she helps you out in a later battle. Almost done with the main game so will start the DLC soon. Havent decided if I will leave it on custom difficulty or just set it to the full on very hard mode. Currently I have it set to custom difficulty with Very Hard damage for my character and enemy health is set to normal mode level.
