Very tough final boss on this difficulty, as well as being 4 levels below the reccomended. Have not really spent time upgrading my weapons either, I think most of them are unlevelled. I found planting acid traps with a specific spacing in the beginning gets early damage. I found this in a vid. This is still a tough fight but I got it down to the last few hits here. Should break through soon. Did not really want to redo the final mission, since Id have to revert to an older save if I wanted to power up. Shitty thing about this game, along with FF7 remake, is that you cant save your loadout changes when you respawn. I can take the time to reset skill points, invest in certain skills, however I only have one chance to beat the boss, otherwise I have to reconfigure it each time. This was a huge pain in the ass in FF7 remake on Hard mode too.
The best loadout for my strat would be a trapper ability and quick trap setting, more traps able to be set, etc, but it takes long to reset skill points and set this up, it also resets my valor.
