I produced a video that showed you guys on how to get Super Mario Sunshine to run at 60 frames per second and currently Nintendo is trying to get this video removed off this platform because I used two minutes of their game which I played showing the known problems of this modification. this is a violation of the Fair copyright act because the fair use act protects education, commentaries and criticism which the content that Nintendo is trying to copyright is fully protected under. please show your support by spamming this video to Nintendo's official Socal media accounts
