I have never seen someone this insane in gaming. Nintendo is currently filing a lawsuit against a really nasty streamer who is a pirate and streams Nintendo's emulated, pre-released games because screw Nintendo right?

For the record, Nintendo is a terrible corporation who overextends their legal team to do all sorts of horrific things to their fans, and they care about game preservation the same way the stepfamily cares for Cinderella. I'll go piracy all the way for their stuff, but even I wouldn't go so far as to stream them and tease their freaking legal team.

The lawsuit said that Nintendo is suing him for $150K per infringement of copyright and $7.5 million in total. Nintendo is really not playing around this time. Whether the lawsuit will go anywhere is anyone's guess, but while I personally care for my own well-being and wallet, kudos to this insane jackass for poking the hornet's nest and about to lose millions of dollars for it. I hope it's all worth it.
