I have been practicing with those 3 techs lately, and I can tell you that, while it is more intensive to input them, they are effective.

-Better dodging (especially against quick combo attack)
-More pressure (parry disable & zero ki combo)
-Reactive movement
-Sasaki Kojiro is a douche
-Good thing wall does not interrupt your combo attack in Nioh 2 anymore
-Forcing AIs to input read
-Faster action
-Sasaki Kojiro is still a douche

Not the best performance, but I am still satisfied with the result and improvement. Hope this shows how Nioh is getting on a whole new level of gameplay.
