Welcome everybody! To Let's play NIVA – gameplay. Today we will play something more relaxing, a Pacifist type game of NIVA:
NIVA is a pacifistic exploration art game.
The player slips into the role of a mighty forest god to restore the harmony in a mesmerizing forest and relieve it of a mysterious infestation. This shuddersome, mothlike infestation is drawn to the conflicts of the forest's inhabitants. Through observation and by using the abili-ties of nurturing and withering fascinating plants the player can solve said conflicts. NIVA's scenic art style, relaxing music and simple but intriguing game mechanics invite to explore the forest and have a rest from the stressful everyday life. In Niva there is no combat by today’s understanding of combat. We fight with positive energy and negative energy to guide nature around to fight with the corruption that have infected the land of NIVA. The corruption is present in different ways around the forest. NIVA is divided in to three parts the first part is completely not affected by corruption yet, the land here is at its full natural potential. We can practice there the work of positive and negative power of NAVI forest God. We learn how to unlock our path and how to help the animals of the forest. The next section of NAVI is a little corrupted forest. How to deal with the corruption in the next forest ? Here we have to use nature to help us fight the corruption. The veins here will allow us deal with the mushrooms that are spreaded because of the corruption in the forest. Using the positive energy we can force the vines to follow us around to attack the mushrooms after dealing with four of the corruption mushrooms the Forest God can enter the Forest Shrine gate and destroy the infestation of the corruption with it. The third Part of the forest is the corruption of sadness itself – little animals are in sorrow because they lost there little ones. How did that happen ? Well apparently the squares from the forest mistook them for food that grows on the nearby trees. We need to use the negative energy to help them find the little ones and as soon as that happens the balance and happiness in the forest is return but to seal it for good we need to bless the forest shrine with the Forest God. Finlay the fourth part of the Forest is the most corrupted one in NIVA here we need to find the mate of the Forest God ? Its hard to say but a similar animal maybe the corruption started from it, maybe the loneliness of the forest took this forest served with him ? We need to use the nearby plants to scare off the moths but to lure the forest Serevent we need to use the vines so that he will follow it. As soon as he will walk next to the exploding plants we can scare of the moths and reveal the truth whats under the corruption. Soon the Forest will be cleanse again and the balance will return for good in Niva.
