But for that we need to find the Multipurpose Room to build the proper base… but where to find the Multipurpose Room in Subnautica ?

Welcome everybody! To Let's Play Subnautica! Season 3, Part 7! Welcome back to the PRAWN update! But what is this ? Where is the Multipurpose Room that we normally start in Subnautica ? Well since the last few updates in Subnautica we no longer start the game with Multipurpose Room. To unlock the Multipurpose Room we need to actually find it! Along with the rest of the base – the fabricator on the life pod does not come with the proper information about the Multipurpose Room same goes for the habitat. So where to find the Multipurpose Room ? Well if You follow the story of Subnautica that is implanted since the last few patches we need to repair first the radio communicator on the life pod with them sooner or later we will receive an information about rendezvous point somewhere south from the Aurora in Subnautica. About a large land mass around 900 meters away. I believe the Floater Island is the easiest place to find the Multipurpose Room blueprint without any problem. The only monster on the Floater Island there could be are the face huggers but then again to get on the Floater Island we may need to get the seaglide or the seamoth first just ot easier out travel a little bit as the Floater Island is very far away from our starting spot in Subnautica. Along with the Multipurpose Room we will find the blueprint for Bulkhead Door. The Bulkhead door will help us to protect the base along with stop the flood and maybe if needed deal with the problem of pressure of underwater base and while building Multipurpose Room that will become a mayor problem soon. While You are investigating the Floater Island in Subnautica for the Multipurpose Room it would be a good idea to scan also the pods, gather a little bit of seeds for the base garden as well as the indoor and outdoor growbeds. Keep in mine tho the Floater Island after the last patches in Subnautica will have the fall damage! If You fall of the one of the bases up in the hills then You may end up back in your base starting in the shallowed waters! And that will mean it will take some time to get back to the abandon bases in Subnautica so first scan the base in the valley just for the Multipurpose Room just in case You will die on the Floater Island. Another important building and parts of buildings to scan would be the living wall the desk the chair. The Floater Island is also the first step of unlocking the story of Subnautica as the PDS from the previous Dagasi ship can be found around the island along with the abandoned bases and will give you a clue for where to look for the rest of the PDS along with the rest of the survivals.
